Even while there’s snow outside, we’re preparing something fun for warmer weather.
We like to have fun with cars, and meet the interesting people behind the wheel as well! Recently, a BMW came to us seeking a new home. Meet the E36/8 M Coupe. Once we’re done addressing some noises and leaks, we’ll take it to some tours, autocrosses, and cars and coffee events.
It’s not a normal car, and arguably a strange design from a company that is renowned for making some of the best sports sedans in the world. Manufactured in the BMW factory located in South Carolina, the US market only retained less than 3,000 throughout their 5 year production. So, this two door, two seat, shooting brake design is unusual, and we rather like that.
This M Coupe is need of some attention; starting with the wheels and tires. All four wheels were refurbished and we opted for some new, sticky tires.
